Product Description

Introduction:

1.Using Germany Siemens PLC control system and Siemens Touch Screen, it is easily operated and has the low failure rate. It has the trouble diagnosis and warning ,easily finds the problem and guarantee the regular work .The safety logic control system has the self-locking function , avoiding the wrong operation of machine .It also can realize the remote control by the phone to solve the problems.
2.Using double high-dynamic Proportional to automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure .So it can raise the stability and improve the using lifetime.
3.360°Multi- Shaft rotating and compulsory feeding, the cart can guarantee the fast speeding .This uniform feeding is applicable for different kinds of raw materials and moulds .
4.Use heat treatment on moulds and main parts of the machines. It has the heavy duty machine structure and wear resistant .So the using lifetime of the machine will be 50% longer than the common.
