1.Usage:
Adopting the hydraulic transmission, high-pressure forming and high speed vibration system guarantees high quality forming. Specially used in produce solid bricks, hollow bricks, standard bricks, curbstones, pavers and all kinds of bricks.
2.Feature:
· The multifunctional machine can produce different kinds of hollow blocks, bricks, interlocks, pavers and curbstones by changing the mould box.
· Low- frequency feeding, high-frequency vibration and high pressure ensures adequate liquidation and exhausting in 2-3s for the high density and strength.
· Hydraulic system: Uses high-dynamic proportional valve which automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure for the precise control of the crucial parts.
· Electrical system adopts Germany SIMENS Touch screen and PLC control system, installed with data input and output. The control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis.
3.Material:
Crushed stone, sand, cement, lime, fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, perlite and other industrial wastes.
