Product Description
The details of AAC block machinery
The equipment are depend of selection of process, quality of the base material, selection of automation etc. Below is given the general base equipment.
All the equipment are identical even though the different capacity.
The difference between different capacity by one year is only the Quantities of the equipment as following: the mould box, the side plate, the steam cart and the autoclaves.
Sunite can provide you with several types of AAC production plants based on the standard plant range is designed for production capacities from 100 up to 1500 m³/day. Depending on your requirements for capacity and the product specification we will make a recommendation on the technology to be used.
Generally an plant comprises following sections according to the production process:
1.Raw material dealing:Flyash and sand will be transported into the wet ball mill by the belt conveyor afterwards by slurry pump the slurry will be transported into slurry tank.
2.Batching mixing and pouring:The lime and cement will be transported successively by the screw conveyor into automatc weigher for weighs and the slurry will be transported by the slurry pump into automatic weigher for weighs.After weighing the power and slurry will be transported into the mixer for uniformity and pouring into the mould box.
3.Static hardening ,curing and cutting:The slurry which be poured into the mould box will preharden in the curing room which temperature is 40-50 degrees in one or three hours.When the body meets hardness of being cut,it will be transported with the mould box by reversal crane into the cutting cart.Then it will move with the cutting cart for level and vertical cutting.
4.Steam curing and finished products packaging:The cut body will be put on marshalling site by the crane.The marshalling body will be transported into the autoclaved kettle by the hauling engine or mobile windlass for 8-10 hours maintenance.Afterwards the finished products will be pulled out from the autoclaved kettle by th hauling engine,with separation and packing they transported into stock by forklift.
